I used to hate Microsoft…Many of us just complain about the design, the user experience of Windows.

But after studying the I/O model  of Windows, I started to appreciate Microsoft’s Engineer.

Then how about Google? Why don’t we hate Google?

On one hand, we love Google as it is a powerful tools that we use it to search useful information everyday. It offers large range of service for users, Google Earth, Google Map, Google Translate, Google Scholar, Gmail etc.

However, on the other hand, have you noticed that there are potential problems with Google?

Obama’s Antitrust Pick: Google Is The New Microsoft (GOOG)

“For me, Microsoft is so last century. They are not the problem,” Varney said at a June 19 panel discussion sponsored by the American Antitrust Institute. The U.S. economy will “continually see a problem — potentially with Google” because it already “has acquired a monopoly in Internet online advertising,” she said.

I am now worried about Google… they collect so much of users’ data…For example, the Advertisement in Gmail. The advertisement is specifically posted according to the mail’s keyword or users’ behavior.

So what if Google used the information from Gmail to analyse the shopping behavour (Online shop will send back a confirmation email to acknowledge the credit card’s user) and sent them to credit card company? and what if Google leak the attached file to others? (my application form have all my personal information…wow)

Hope Google would not grow TOO POWERFUL.
